Listening to our communities

Consultation and community engagement

As a County Council we are committed to listening and learning from you. Our Consultation Portal allows you to see and take part in all the consultations that are taking place across Worcestershire involving not only the County Council but our partners too - making it a one-stop-shop for public sector consultation.

Consultation is a two way communication and engagement process, so it is important for us to listen to your views, ideas, concerns and opinions and where we can, reflect these in the services that we provide.

The County Council aims to consult with all residents in Worcestershire, including all ethnic groups. Find out more by visiting the Equality and Diversity Team web pages.

The panel comprises of approximately 2,000 Worcestershire residents, who twice a year complete a postal survey which asks questions about the County Council, our policies and the services that we deliver.
