Bus services disrupted due to flooding - February 14 (updated 21:45)

The following bus services are currently disrupted:

WORCESTER CITY CENTRE SHUTTLE BUS Worcester City Centre Bridge will re-open from 18:00 hrs this evening (14.02.14). The free shuttle service will continue to operate this evening (14.02.14) until 04:00 hrs (15.02.14) as planned, picking up / dropping off from the Bull Ring roundabout and outside Huntington Hall on Deansway. The shuttle bus will not run during the daytime on Saturday 15 Feb as the bridge has now re-opened and normal public transport will resume. It will run again from Saturday 15 Feb 22:00 hrs until Sunday 16 Feb 04:00 hrs to support residents and the local night-time economy during the current weather.

FREE PARK & RIDE SERVICE To support Worcester City Centre being "open for business", the County Council will be operating the W1 Park & Ride service from Perdiswell to the City Centre between 07:00 hrs and 19:00 hrs on SATURDAY AND SUNDAY this week. The service will be FREE for all passengers and there will be no charge to park.

2 / 2A / 2C (Bewdley - Kidderminster) : Due to the closure of Bewdley Bridge due to flooding, these services will operate from Kidderminster to Wribbenhall as normal, then divert via Stourport Rd and Bewdley Bypass to access the Town Centre and turn here. These services will therefore operate with significant delays. Due to traffic congestion in the town centre, some peak time journeys are not serving Load Street, turning at Hales Park instead. Service 2 is currently not serving Bewdley Town Centre, turning at Hales Park.

15 (Kidderminster – Stourport – Bewdley) : This service is operating as normal from Kidderminster as far as the Severn Valley Station in Bewdley, then terminating there.

26/27 (Worcester – Battenhall / Diglis) : Due to flooding in Diglis, these services will not serve Diglis Lane until further notice. They are instead diverting directly along Bath Road from Battenhall.

30 (Worcester – Dines Green) : This service will return to normal route/timetable from 18:00 hrs, apart from the diversion in place for Worcester City Centre.

31 (Hospital – Worcester – St. John's – Henwick Park) : This service will return to normal route/timetable from 18:00 hrs, apart from the diversion in place for Worcester City Centre.

31B (Hospital - Worcester – Hylton Road (for Arena) – University) : This service will operate via Henwick Road instead of Hylton Road, and is diverted in Worcester City Centre.

39 (Merriman's Hill – Worcester – Lower Wick) : This service will return to normal route/timetable from Saturday, apart from the diversion in place for Worcester City Centre.

41 / 42 / 43 (Upton – Malvern) : Due to flooding on Hanley Road in Upton, these services continue to operate to their Standard Flood Timetable.

44 / 44A / 44C (Worcester – Powick – Malvern) : This service will return to normal route/timetable from 18:00 hrs, apart from the diversion in place for Worcester City Centre.

125 (Stourbridge - Kidderminster - Bewdley - Highley – Bridgnorth) : Due to the closure of Bewdley Bridge due to flooding, this service will operate from Kidderminster to the Safari Park as normal, then divert via Stourport Road and Bewdley Bypass to access the Town Centre. It will then continue operating its normal route towards Bridgnorth.

291 (Tenbury – Bewdley – Kidderminster) : Due to the closure of Bewdley Bridge due to flooding, this service will operate from Kidderminster to the Safari Park as normal, then divert via Stourport Road and Bewdley Bypass to access the Town Centre. It will then turn around and continue operating its normal route towards Tenbury.Currently not serving Bewdley Town Centre, turning at Hales Park.

292 (Kidderminster – Bewdley – Ludlow) : Due to the closure of Bewdley Bridge due to flooding, this service will operate from Kidderminster to the Safari Park as normal, then divert via Stourport Road and Bewdley Bypass to access the Town Centre. It will then turn around and continue operating its normal route towards Ludlow.Currently not serving Bewdley Town Centre, turning at Hales Park.

294 / 295 (Worcester – Hallow – Shrawley – Stourport) : This service will return to normal route/timetable from Saturday, apart from the diversion in place for Worcester City Centre.

308 (Worcester – Rushwick – Broadheath – Hallow – Wichenford – Martley) : This service will return to normal route/timetable from Saturday, apart from the diversion in place for Worcester City Centre.

310 (Worcester – Broadheath – Martley – Clifton) : This service will return to normal route/timetable from Saturday, apart from the diversion in place for Worcester City Centre.

351 (Upton – Tewkesbury) : This service is now operating to its Standard Flood Timetable.

362 / 364 (Worcester – Kempsey – Upton) : Due to the closure of Upton Bridge due to flooding, this service will operate to a Special Flood Timetable. (see www.worcestershire.gov.uk/bustimetables). The REVISED flood timetable will now operate between Worcester and Upton via the Mythe Bridge.

363 (Worcester – Callow End – Upton) : This service will return to normal route/timetable from Saturday, apart from the diversion in place for Worcester City Centre.

382 (Worcester – Norton – Littleworth – Defford – Eckington – Pershore) : This service is operating to its Standard Flood Timetable.

417 (Worcester – Rushwick – Cradley) : This service will return to normal route/timetable from Saturday, apart from the diversion in place for Worcester City Centre.

420 (Worcester – Bromyard) : This service will return to normal route/timetable from Saturday, apart from the diversion in place for Worcester City Centre.

423 (Worcester – Alfrick / Suckley) : This service will return to normal route/timetable from Saturday, apart from the diversion in place for Worcester City Centre.

540 (Evesham – Tewkesbury – Cheltenham) : Due to the closure of the B4080 Bredon Road and the A438 Ashchurch Road (by Morrisons in Tewkesbury), this service is diverting from Bredon's Hardwick via Northway, then via the M5 to Cheltenham, omitting Tewkesbury.

758 (Worcester – Hallow – Great Witley – Tenbury) : This service will return to normal route/timetable from Saturday, apart from the diversion in place for Worcester City Centre.
