Search by Application

The Application Reference is in the format: yy / ###### / ????, where:

• yy is the last two digits of the year in which the application was submitted;
• ###### is a six digit number uniquely identifying the application within that year;
• ???? is up to a four character string, indicating the type of application (usually CM or REG3)

If you are unsure of the full application reference you can enter a partial reference - a minimum of four characters are required. Examples: 10/000032/CM, 0032, 10/0 and /REG3.

The Planning Portal Reference is an eight digit number prefixed by PP-, e.g. PP-01038487.

You can enter a date manually using the format dd/mm/yyyy (e.g. 19/12/2010).

Alternatively, you can select a date using a calendar revealed by clicking the calendar icon ( ) on the right of the date field. Also, if you simply want to enter today's date in any date field, just double-click it.
